Since we removed the
includefield fromCargo.toml#33 (comment), this resulted in the vendor directory be pulled into crate, and users were needlessly download 1M+ of original files (see https://docs.rs/crate/browserslist-rs/0.19.0/source/vendor/).This PR reintroduces the
includefield to avoid unnecessary vendor. It also records thegit submoduleoutput when it is generated, so that users can verify the authenticity of generated data.
