Fix: preserve full product title in Amazon search queries

• Remove regex that truncated everything after first comma
• Amazon searches now include the full product description (up to 100 chars)

Install:

1. Download nellis-auction-helper-v1.0.0.zip
2. Extract to a folder
3. Open chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
5. Click Load unpacked → select extracted folder
