* Passes a boolean as a kwarg * Removes unnecessary mutable vars (defined in __init__) * Remove unused "exported" vars
Use `make format` instead, which includes the copyright header.
It's time.
The `__init__.py` files already have the license headers in them; doesn't seem to be an issue - no need to ignore. Weird that this is different between macOS (local) and CI.
