Note to maintainers: this is currently written without the updated clock commit1 in bb-storage for compatibility with current bb-remote-execution @tomgr is working on updating bb-remote-execution right now. So I will update this PR with his work before we merge. |

This holds bb-storage back one commit until we update the SuspendableClock in bb-remote-execution to the latest Clock interface.
