Instead of getting data of the REST API from Tibber this configuration uses the the data provided by the entso-e Integration (https://github.com/JaccoR/hass-entso-e) Entso-e just gets the prices from EPEX and the Integration allows to manually add your additional costs and VAT individually. So this is especially interesting for everybody who does not have any Tibber contract.

P.S. I did not change the name of the sensor so it's still called "Wattwise Tibber Prices" as I'm not sure if the clear name of this sensor is used anywhere else in the code ..
