SQL Exporter v0.11.1 - Security release

Several vulnerabilities have been reported for the underlying dependencies of https://github.com/microsoft/go-mssqldb v1.0.0 (MSSQL driver):

CVE-2020-14040
CVE-2021-38561
CVE-2022-32149

The release contains the updated MSSQL driver, addressing mentioned security issues.

Precompiled binaries are built with Go v1.20.4.
