Removes build artifacts from the repo for the jco-transpile project. The artifacts are generated by the
tscscript and put in the dist folder, that is not in the repo.This removes some clutter from the repo and is a preparation for a TypeScript codebase, see #717.
This is similar to #861, but for the jco-transpile project.
