Sticky incidents were being grouped into the date-based timeline instead of displaying prominently at the top. This made the "sticky" flag ineffective.

Changes

Query separation (IncidentTimeline.php)

  • Added stickiedIncidents() method to fetch incidents where stickied = true
  • Modified incidents() to exclude stickied incidents with ->where('stickied', false)
  • Both queries use existing visible() and eager-load components and updates

UI section (incident-timeline.blade.php)

  • New "Stickied Incidents" section renders above timeline when $stickiedIncidents->isNotEmpty()
  • Amber visual distinction: ring-2 ring-amber-500 border, bg-amber-50 header background
  • Maintains full incident display (updates, status, components)

Localization (en/incident.php)

  • Added timeline.stickied_incidents_header translation key

Tests (IncidentTimelineTest.php)

  • Verify sticky incidents display separately at top
  • Verify sticky incidents excluded from timeline (no duplication)
  • Verify sorting and conditional rendering

Changes target the cachethq/core package. No migrations required - uses existing stickied column and model scope.
