Fix phpunit deprecation warning
replace _cake_core_ with _cake_translations_ cache config
Update home.php
It often makes apps go kaboom which taking appropriate upgradation steps.
Avoid unintentional jump to new core minor.
Use new methods.
remove `_cake_routes_` config
