Add hook reset

Closes #53.

Implements a function which checks if a ring is present near the hook using a limit switch before activating it for one revolution. This effectively resets the hook to the original starting position after each ring to reduce the time rings are waiting in the transition between the hook and the second stage intake.

@Centei hook reset potentially stops the ring in the intake track, and also cannot load the lady brown. Keeping this PR open until we can figure out how to adjust the hook reset for these parameters
