Description

8.9 minor release notes.

When should this change go live?

  • This is a bug fix, security concern, or something that needs urgent release support. (add bug or support label)
  • This is already available but undocumented and should be released within a week. (add available & undocumented label)
  • This is on a specific schedule and the assignee will coordinate a release with the Documentation team. (create draft PR and/or add hold label)
  • This is part of a scheduled alpha or minor. (add alpha or minor label)
  • There is no urgency with this change (add low prio label)

@christinaausley i added this subsection for the dedicated AI Agent Testing epic here, as it's a feature of Camunda Process Test.

Feel free to take a look 👍

- Judge assertions use a configured LLM to assess whether AI-generated output satisfies a natural-language expectation, so you can verify response quality and intent.
- Conditional behavior helps you model reactive test behavior for agent-driven flows by watching process state changes and completing tasks as they appear, without blocking the test on a predefined path.
