RDBMS: Add diagrams to secondary storage/RDBMS overview content

Closes #7998 -- adds simple overview diagrams for RDBMS/secondary storage-related concepts.

@RomanJRW These are just simple drafts, feel free to critique as you see fit based on the developer journey you would like to convey.

When should this change go live?

• This is a bug fix, security concern, or something that needs urgent release support. (add bug or support label)
