Additional Context
Adds Python 3.15 to CI.
This renames workflow files in a standard scheme, and also creates some grouping for workflow names. In the following screenshot note the limited length before names are truncated. Also eliminate redundant use of the word like "check" and "test". This PR uses naming conventions to create categories to make it easier to find a particular workflow: "Packaging:", "GH:", "Daily", etc.
