What this PR does / why we need it: This PR migrates logger from
zaptoklogwhich is an industry used logger used in Cluster API(CAPI) and other CAPx projects. Usingklogwill help in more granular control over logging as it will support--vverbosity flag.Which issue(s) this PR fixes:
