Opening it early so that we can discuss.
I will have options for local Ubuntu, Multipass, and macOS. I do not have access to a WSL machine, but feel that WSL is important also. I do see that WSL is mentioned in the original document, so maybe there is no difference between Ubuntu and WSL for this use case.
