Hi Ariella, nice work! I have a few small layout comments:

1. Anchor link section should sit at the top of the page (example )
2. Consider adding a heading to the minicard section
3. I think in this context, full size cards would be the more appropriate instead of minicards

@ariellalgilmore @Rory-McDonald we met this morning with MCP PM and resolved to temporarily retain the elevated position of the Public Preview section above anchor links given the high priority of collecting preview interest during this period. Upon GA/conclusion of public preview in a couple of weeks, we'll revert back and adopt the standard ordering of the page with anchor links first.

Additional changes include updating to full-size resource cards instead of minicards and removal of duplicative links in the Resources section.
