CIP-0010 | Update TapDano label to 544

Guys, we found transactions from another project using code 54, so we need to change our label. Sorry about that, and thanks again.

@boemekeld of course we can expedite that but first we need to ensure this PR will work. You can see from the "Files changed" tab that this PR, if merged, would only add the new label but not remove the old one, which you can see is present in the repository master branch here: https://github.com/cardano-foundation/CIPs/blob/master/CIP-0010/registry.json

Since both your older PR

• CIP-0010 | Add label 54 for TapDano Proof Platform #1162

and this newer one were submitted from your own fork's master branch (we & GitHub itself always recommend using a separate branch off your main branch), this means your whole fork is out of sync... so you must either:

1. sync your fork from upstream (cardano-foundation:master) & push this branch again to your own origin fork (which would update this PR);
2. if that doesn't work: resubmit your change in a new PR from your synced fork + a new branch that both adds your new label & deletes the old one.
