Resolves issue #10
Weirdly, this library shipped assertions that depend on assertCanonicallySame but don't provide it.
We also noticed in the Incentives project that we wanted to use assertCanonicallySameExcept but that was local ONLY to Online Shopper and not shared anywhere.
