Text improvements

We would like to thank RECOMB 2024 Anonymous Reviewers for providing many valuable insights. I have created this issue by copying over (and in some places rephrasing) the comments regarding text improvements:

• Change the template.
• Fig. 3: clarify that properly specified labeled Bayesian pyramids is only the case $F = 3$.
• The first equation in page 2 seems to be off.
• Unsupervised Bayesian pyramids and unlabeled Bayesian pyramids are used interchangeably.
• Figure 5: The notation in the plots on the x-axis is different from the notation in the main text. It looks like \sigma^2 = \sigma^2_k and \xi^2 = \sigma^2_f. This is confusing.
• The meaning of the green and two blue lines in Figure 3, 4 and 8 for each x-axis label is unclear. While they are mentioned in the main text, it is still difficult to discern the distinction between them. Clarification on their differences would be beneficial for better understanding.
• If figure captions are written in a self-contained way it would make it easier to read the manuscript. For example, Figure 3. mentions green and blue values which are not described in the figure or caption.
• Section 1, paragraph 1: "therapeutical drug" → "therapeutical drugs"
• Section 1, paragraph 3: "in clinical trial" → "in clinical trials"
• Section 2.3: "employs cumulative shrinkage" → "employs a cumulative shrinkage"
• Section 3.4, paragraph 2: "had standard deviation... and mean" → "had the standard deviation... and the mean"
• Section 5, paragraph 2: "Validation and overinterpretation of latent structures has been" → "Validation and overinterpretation of latent structures have been"
