Cross-validation for survival analysis

Repeat survival analysis experiment, but with cross-validation, rather than bootstrap.

• Add inference of latent variables given the rest of the variables. (Coding change, but relatively easy, as it's only sampling the latent traits, given the rest.)
• Create a new workflow, with different splits.
