Add models for scATAC-seq data

scATAC-seq data are often represented in a binary format with $1$ designing a peak at a specific notation. There exist several methods for working with them:

• Scasat
• Scaled Bernoulli mixture model.

We could consider integrating some methods useful for working scATAC-seq data into the package.
