This PR updates the on-site WebCSD service to version 4.2.1, aligning the Docker Compose configuration with the hotfix release that addresses missing synonyms and structure curation status.
- Bump the version comment to 4.2.1 in docker-compose.yml
- Update the webcsdbackend image tag from 4.2.0 to 4.2.1

Not sure what version: "3.6" is - but does that need updating as well?

3.6 is the "Compose" specification for Docker and changes how the file is interpreted. I do think we need to remove this in favour of Compose Specification which we'll need to look into but I think should be done in the main release
