Tournakit is a toolkit and format for describing mACF games. However, mACF has been used to mean all sorts of different things so it's important to clarify what is and isn't supported by Tournakit (both currently, and by design).

An mACF game consists of two teams, with a max of five players per team at the buzzers.

An mACF game consists of 20 tossups and 20 unrelated bonuses. The bonuses are read in the order they are in the packet, if a tossup goes dead a bonus is not skipped.

An mACF tossup may have fifteen point "powers"; and five point deductions for incorrect answers before the end of the tossup "neg 5s".

An mACF game is complete at the end of twenty tossups, unless there is a tie on team score. If there is a tie, a tiebreaker tossup is read. No bonus question will be read after a tiebreaker tossup.

An mACF game may have "bouncebacks" where bonus parts not answered by the team that correctly the tossup may be answered by the opposing team. The Tournakit format can currently support this when full scoresheet data is available, but the reference implementation does not support specific statistics about bouncebacks, nor does the Tournakit format support bounceback stats when importing from stat-line report.
