Creating a Profile

Load Video

First load an example video file you would want to use with the profile.

Select Encoder

Select the encoder you will want to use for the profile from the dropdown list.

Edit Video and Advanced Settings

Edit all the video settings as you will want them set, as well as any options in the Advanced panel (do not worry about audio or subtitles).

Create New Profile

Then at the top menu bar click Profile -> New Profile

Name your profile what it should be called in the dropdown list

Video Settings

Make sure the video settings listed in the Video tab match what you expect.

Audio

For Audio, by default it will passthrough all options. If you want to set up conversions or only select certain tracks, click the Pattern Match option.

Subtitles

Make sure to set the subtitle behavior you want

Advanced Options

Save Profile

Then click the Create Profile button and now a new option will appear in the profile drop down list!
