This fixes the issue from #165 where you can't import
useQueryfrom@cedarjs/web.Removed the export of
GraphQLHooksProvidersince it doesn't make sense to export since it's not really feasible to swap out apollo for something else right now.Didn't remove
GraphQLHooksProviderbut we could do it since we are not changing it's values so there is really no point in using it.
