This is a huge refactor of all functionality related to resources to centralize it in the Celbridge.Resources project. This particularly simplifies Celbridge.Explorer. A number of new service classes have been created to split up the complex Resource functionality. A Celbridge.Search project has also been created to manage the Search Panel functionality.
