As discussed in #937.

  • make all linked functions monospace
  • check if there are functions/identifiers that should be linked, but aren't
  • fix some typos
  • use the new stealth shorthand (introduced in Add Curved Stealth Mark #941)
  • remove trailing whitespace (while I'm at it)

Edit: It might take a while until I can get back to this, but I haven't forgotten! :)
