Added Loot Export (To Suit Wurst 7 CevAPI's LootSearch Hack)
Updated to suit upstream updates to both 2.18 and MC1.21.11
Mini Map Fix: Auto refreshes on dimension change.

Due to upstream changes MC1.21.10 support will remain on "2.17" for now and MC1.21.11 will be on 2.18
