SeedMapper CevAPI 2.19.0 (MC1.21.11) v0.9

• Updated to suit upstream changes including the move to 2.19.0
• Added new biome presets
• Retained my original MiniMap implementation in lieu of upstream's incorporation. This means that opacity still works and the commands remain the same.
• Ensured MiniMap and SeedMap generator flags stay in sync even when presets change via upstream's method or my own.
• Updated Cubiomes DLL
