最新的 melo 要求在根目录下添加 pubspec.yaml，并将项目使用的 melos 版本加入依赖

此修改可以使用如下方式初始化项目：

# Install melos 3.0.1 
dart pub global activate melos

# Init repos
melos bootstrap

# Get all deps 
melos run get
