Changes:

  • Use ContactsResolveUsername to get the user ID from username
  • Implement MessagesSearch with FromID parameter to filter messages by user ID
  • Fall back to client-side filtering if username resolution fails
  • Add proper error handling for API calls
  • Improve comments to clarify the filtering logic
