Add two new test pipelines for validating shell script dependencies:
test/tw/shell-deps-check-package: checks installed packages
test/tw/shell-deps-check: checks specific script files These pipelines detect missing command dependencies and GNU-specific flags that won't work with busybox, helping ensure shell scripts work correctly in minimal environments.
