Prediction for single pointcloud object

Right now we can't use prediction for single object, evaluate uses whole dataset

For getting predictions for only one pointcloud object data I added predict_cls.py

It has visualize option to see input object and num_votes for prediction from different angles.
Usage:

python predict_cls.py --path path_to_pointcloud.txt --num_votes 12 -v 

Outputs prediction from each angle and final prediction
