Se creo un api para poder obtener los datos de un agente de forma individual, desde el front solicitamos esta informacion mediante la extension. La ruta que tenemos en el archivo api solicita al controlador comunicarse con la api y nos devuelve los valores, estos valores los organizamos un poco dentro del controlador para tener una prevencion de perdida de datos.

Se creo un api para poder obtener los datos de un agente de forma individual, desde el front solicitamos esta informacion mediante la extension. La ruta que tenemos en el archivo api solicita al controlador comunicarse con la api y nos devuelve los valores, estos valores los organizamos un poco dentro del controlador para tener una prevencion de perdida de datos.
Tambien se agrego una de las opciones de administrador que es finalizar una llamada en curso mediante el canal unico de la extension.
