• Removed /docs/cli/basic-workflow/ as it looks to be unverified AI-gen content
• Refactored some stuff into reusable snippets: cli-env-vars and main-cicd-cards

Other notes

• /docs/cli/using-check-test-match/: already been brought over, so no changes were needed
• /docs/cli/using-environment-variables/: already brought over, no changes needed
• /docs/cli/constructs-reference/ and /docs/cli/command-line-reference/ were large pages, so I'm leaving those for another time

@guolau LGTM. One note: I am ok with removing the current Basic Workflow page as it is not what it should be. But I believe there is value in having a separate page giving a beginner a taste for what it can be used to, tying the different commands together into a workflow. LMK if you feel this is already covered, I might have missed it.

@ragog I would agree that this is valuable. It seems like we have a guide that covers this already, though it could use a bit of polishing: Getting Started with MaC guide. Added as a ticket: https://linear.app/checklyhq/issue/DOC-56/polish-the-getting-started-with-mac-guide-and-make-it-more-visible
