Terminology

• Source - A system, service, or file that exposes metadata which can be derived into resources.
• Generator - A service that reads, parses, or communicates with one or sources that produces resources.
• Publisher - A service that exposes resources that are pre-defined or generated on-the-fly.
• Host - An Origins service that consumes resources
• Topology - The interconnected network of hosts that are connected based on linked components
