Adds
moduleResolutionconfig and adds esm-style.jsmodule suffix to imports whenmoduleResolutionis set tonode16ornodenext(case-insensitive).I'm implementing this for my own use, so I have only tested this with my project using ESM modules and I have no idea if this breaks other projects. Not making this a full PR until someone tests this with CommonJS modules.
