We are updating the Connect page(once we switch over to the new web app) to serve as temporary logged in experience, so users can continue to view My Groups. This PR updates the UI and adds support for new custom features for the Connect page to match the new design in Figma. It needs to be tested with new services repo PR, in order to display the new feed properly. This PR makes the following changes:

• AvatarListFeature Enhancements: - Redesigned component to match new Figma design
• New Custom Features:
  • Added GeneralGroupResourcesFeature - displays group resource cards with icons
  • Added StaffResourcesFeature - displays staff resource images in horizontal scrollable layout
• GroupsList Improvements: - Updated Styling for new GroupCard feed design
• GroupCard Component Refactor Refactored and updated Styling for new GroupCard design
• Connect Page Updates: - Added background color, and changed some spacing to match new design
• Added back old GroupCard (to continue using for GroupSearch) and renamed to GroupSearchResultCard component

Test Instructions

1. Navigate to the Connect page and verify the new layout and styling
2. Check that group cards display properly with the updated design
3. Verify that avatar lists render correctly with the new vertical layout
4. Test the new custom features (General Group Resources and Staff Resources) if they appear in the feed
5. Ensure group search results display correctly with the new card component
6. Test responsive behavior on different screen sizes
