I'm opening a pull request just to enable the discussion. THIS PR IS NOT READY TO MERGE, obviously.
I've added a test case for issue #731, and confirmed it is failing. I'm sure you'd like me to rename or move the package, class, and test method; please advise.
I have no idea where to begin work on a fix, so I'm hoping one of you will point me in the right direction.
Also, please advise if I'm using an incorrect workflow.
