The --secure flag is deprecated and on by default now: https://github.com/cargo-bins/cargo-binstall/blob/b8ce712a752e7a76842c7ce66eed1de7a17ab68c/crates/bin/src/args.rs#L318-L320.

Mise supports Cargo as a backend, so we may as well take advantage of it.
