This is me trying to achieve that the first example in the "Search by Example" function is the Campbell/Pedersen paper and not the Mares chapter.
I think it makes more sense (at least for me when developing styles) and is also more user-friendly.

Let's see if I broke something, @rmzelle.

I somehow never saw this -- I placed the Mares one first because I always start with the book chapter (the most complex item type), but I'm happy to change it. Not sure how to tell how people other than @POBrien333 & me are using this, though.
