This PR refines the treatment of legal materials in revista-de-derecho-de-la-universidad-austral-de-chile.csl. It introduces bibliography grouping through bib-section, separating general references, legislation, and case law; adds dedicated formatting for legal_case, legislation, regulation, and treaty; preserves the label Referencia online: for legislation, regulation, and treaty while not requiring it for legal_case; and aligns the changes with real citation patterns found in the journal.

Description

It separates general bibliography, legislation, and case law through bib-section; adds dedicated formatting for legal_case, legislation, regulation, and treaty; keeps the label Referencia online: for legislation, regulation, and treaty without making it mandatory for legal_case; and bases these adjustments on real citation examples (2026) found in the journal.
