What is the current behavior?
The dashboard main window title currently displays 'Mango Tango Dashboard' which does not match the actual project name. This creates confusion for users about which application they are using.

What is the new behavior?
Updated dashboard window title from "Mango Tango Dashboard" to "CIB Mango Tree". Modified the title parameter in app/shiny.py (lines 64-67) dashboard now displays correct information to users
