Adds two new jobs to the release pipeline:\n\n- get-digest: Fetches the image digest from GHCR after the release build using crane\n- bump-chart: Triggers the bump-chart workflow in ckotzbauer/helm-charts with the new version, image digest, and chart name\n\nThe bump-chart job runs as the last step after all image builds (including job-image-vcn) are complete.
