This update of latex.inputplugin adds the unicode characters for square root, cube root and fourth root (as available at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Radical_symbol), to allow for roots to be included in mathematical equations created with this latex input.

Ngl I completely forgot about this LOL. I have no idea why it wasn't merged, it may be that no one actually got around to hitting merge lmao |
