- upgrades NodeJS to LTS v22.14.0
- upgrades Yarn to v4.9.1
- updates npm related webpack scripts to fix issue with OpenSSL
- nodejs to v22.14.0 lts - yarn to 4.9.1
- set env var NODE_OPTIONS to `--openssl-legacy-provider`
