ASP.Net Core Webapp sample that uses SAML and Azure AD B2C

This sample is an ASP.Net core 3.1 WebApp that uses SAML based authentication with Azure AD B2C as it's Identity Provider.

The WebApp folder contains the dotnet code and the B2C folder contains a B2C Custom Policy.
