Building a new container to refresh system package for libsqlite3-0 to address CVE: https://ubuntu.com/security/CVE-2025-6965

In a container running the fresh image:

sync-engine@0ff5d7af6e50:/opt/app$ apt list libsqlite3-0
Listing... Done
libsqlite3-0/now 3.45.1-1ubuntu2.4 arm64 [installed,local]
