In other areas of the style guide, we start out the content strategy pages with the purpose of the page. Rather than treating this as an intro, I'd consider framing as "purpose" so it's clear why this exists.
I'd also consider adding a section for Intended Audience - "anyone creating videos to contribute to developer docs" (assuming this guidance is for people doing docs videos and not YouTube/marketing videos). If the scope is broader, I'd make a bulleted list of all the intended audiences for this page
