[Reference Architecture] Cleaning up Overview pages

Summary

Currently, in the Reference Architecture in dev docs, there are 3 types of Overview pages.

1. The main Overview page. This is fine as it is, and has not been modified.
2. Overview pages which purely contain links to the items available on the sidebar. These have been hidden.
3. Overview pages which has links + explanation. These have also been hidden. The existing text did not really provide much meaningful information beyond the "Overview" and "How to use" pages.

Note that the hidden pages still exist. For example, currently, the links in the "How to use" page directs users to the hidden "Overview" pages. We can further update the links to land on a different page.

If these Overview pages are really important, we should consider adding more meaningful information.

• The documentation style guide has been adhered to.
• If a larger change - such as adding a new page- an issue has been opened in relation to any incorrect or out of date information that this PR fixes.
• Files which have changed name or location have been allocated redirects.
